RESERVATIONS

• on the right side of the home page fill questionnaire and, not later then 24h, you'll get RentBeograd offer
• when choosing an apartment from home page listing, fill the reservation form on the details page of the chosen apartment.
• simply call us in specified times and on Rentbeograd phone numbers, including skype, and secure your reservation as soon as possible

I've send the reservation, what now ?

• we are looking at the apartment availability
• in the case that an apartment is already booked, not later then 24h, you will get and offer complimentary to your search
• in the case that an apartment is available, not later the 24h, you will get a confirmation email, which will make your reservation valid and secure.

ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE

• apartment address
• total amount for payment
• name and contact of your accommodation manager

With whom do I arrange time of arrival in the apartment ?

• if you didn't choose RentBeograd transfer, or you are coming with your own transportation, please do as folowing
• call your accommodation manager and arrange your time of arrival
• check the possibility for earlier check-in ( possible if there are no guests prior to your arrival )
• we strongly recommend that you inform your accommodation manager about the time of your arrival at least one day before

When is check-in and check out ?

• in every RentBeograd apartment check in time is from 14hcheck out until 12h
• this gives our cleaning team just enough time to turerly clean and arrange an apartment for all the guests
• earlier check-in is possible only if there are no guests in the apartment prior to your arrival
• check this option when contacting your acomodation manager
• check out after 12pm applys paying for that day
• we recommend RentBeograd transfer for safe and carefree arrival to your apartment

How does check in look like ?

• eather if you are coming by RentBeograd transfer or with your own transportation, you will be met by your accommodation manager in the apartment in previously arranged time
• accommodation manager will show you the apartment
• you will sign the contract for the period of your accommodation
• and you will pay the amount of your reservation
• after the payment you will get the keys to your apartment
• usually we give 2 sets of keys, but if it is a larger group then 3 sets of keys are possible

How does check out look like ?

• during your check in you have arranged ,with your accommodation manager, your time of check-out which is not later then 12pm
• in the agreed time, accommodation manager will come to the apartment, check for possible damages, and take the keys

PAYMENT

• payment is done to your accommodation manager with whom you are signing the contract after your arrival to the apartment
• payment is done in CASH
• for any payment to RentBeograd you will get a receipt
• please bring the exact amount to be payed

Can I pay with my credit card ... ?

• we are working hard to make payment with credit card possible to our guests as soon as possible, for now all payments are done in cash

HOUSE RULES

• house rules are the set of rules to be implemented while using the apartment in the residential building
• you are responsible for the apartment, all that is in it, for your own as well as behaviour of your guests
• the level of noise must not be out of the usual one at all times, especially in the hallways as well as in the apartment it self. Especially between 14-17 and 22-09

What happens if I break these rules ?
We take pride in our guests and are proud to say that we never had an incindent of this sourt in RentBeograd apartments. Nevertheless if the house rules are broke something of the folowing will happened :

• so please, remember that all the apartments are situated in the residential buildings and areas
• you are expected to treat your apartment as well as your temporary neighbors with care, as you would your own apartment and neighborhood
