I Arrival time

On the day of your arrival, the host/accommodation manager will be waiting for you at the apartment to welcome you, show you the apartment and give you the keys, and inform you personally about all the details of it. You need to pay the remaining/full amount in cash.
Usually you will be handed 2 sets of keys but if it’s a larger group than 3 sets of keys are possible. In case of loosing the keys, you need to inform us as soon as possible and pay for the cost of changing the locks and buying new sets of keys.
Check-in will be done from 14:00 to allow enough time for cleaning between the last customers and the new ones, and leave the apartment in perfect conditions. we strongly recommend that you inform your accommodation manager about the time of your arrival at least one day before and avoid unnecessary waiting.

NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR LATE ARRIVAL IN ANY APARTMENT !!.

IMPORTANT:
RentBeograd host/accommodation manager accommodate clients till late at night, and WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE, but please it is very important to give the owner your exact arrival time.

III Cancellations and prepayment

In case of booking an apartment 20 or more days before the beginning of your rental period you need to make a non refundable prepayment of 20% of total reservation costs, while the remaining amount you will pay in kash to accommodation manager on your arrival to the apartment

If RentBeograd has to cancel any reservation due to problems with apartments booked by customers once they have made prepayments, RentBeograd is always obliged to offer customers alternative accommodation with similar facilities at same price, only if there is availability for the dates booked in another similar apartment, if clients don't accept alternative accommodation offered, RentBeograd will refund clients the prepayment they made.
If RentBeogra can not offer you alternative accommodation once a client have made the prepayment , RentBeograd will refund you 100% prepayment without extra charge for clients.
After booking an apartment, the prepayment made for that specific apartment cannot be transferred to another apartment under no circumstance, If you want to change your original booking for another apartment, you need to cancel the original booking first and then make a new one.
If Unexpected earlier departures occurs before the date allocated in your booking, RentBeograd is not obligated to refund
If you announce unexpected earlier departure than allocated in your booking, during your check in you are still obligated to pay the full amount of your booking. If you refuse to do so you will loose the right to use the apartment. In case of prepayment cancellation policy applies

You will be staying in an apartment that is part of a building with a community of neighbours so we ask you to respect them. They are normal working people who need to get up early and go to work every day so please keep the noise level down in the staircases as well as in the apartments.
Our customers have to respect the rules that pertain to the apartment and the community it belongs to.
The apartment may not be used as a party space but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. We emphasize that you look at the rules thoroughly in order to avoid any future problems. We wish our customer have a good experience in Belgrade.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Silent hours: Monday - Friday 10 pm to 9 am, 02-05pm
- Saturday - Sunday 12 midnight to 10 am
- Respect the noise level when in the staircase.
- Please turn off the air-conditioning , TV, lights etc. if you leave the apartment

All guests must treat the property and furnishings of the apartment with total respect. Likewise all guests must at all times be respectful of surrounding properties and other people in the building. Undue noise and unsocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the guests being asked to vacate the property immediately WITHOUT COMPENSATION

VI Number of guests

RentBeograd accommodate exact number of the guests included in the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by RentBeograd, only the number of persons indicated by the client in the booking will be authorized to use the apartment. The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment.

In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, RentBeograd will reserve the right to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
